You sign into the Multimix Academy portal and create a student profile for yourself, which allows you have access to progress report on the courses you selected.

When you sign in, your name is at the top right corner. When you click it, you can edit your profile and add pictures from there.

You can pay for courses online using your Mastercard, Visa, or Verve Card. Payment is secured by Paystack.

From any part of the world you reside you can connect to our Multimix Academy platform and register for our certifications.

If you’re encountering audio or video issues while attempting to watch a course on a browser, this article explains ways to troubleshoot these problems.
  • Determine if your environment’s causing the issue
To determine whether your device, settings or internet connection may be causing the problem, please do to the following:
  • Check your network configuration
If the video plays without issue, try checking your extension, plugin or firewall program on your device to see if it needs to be reconfigured or disabled.
  • Try a different browser.
If you’re not already using Google Chrome, we recommend using it, as we’ve found it works best to watch Udemy courses.
  • Clear your browser’s cookies and cache and restart it before trying again.

There are no deadlines to begin or complete the course. Even after you complete the course, you will continue to have access to it, provided that your account’s in good standing.
